Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a risk management training and awareness program for the organization.
  • Update policies, standards, processes and methods for managing technology, cyber and data risks in line with the operational risk strategy outlined by the Technology and Cyber Risk Management sector.
  • Define risk appetite and the associated taxonomy.
  • Monitor risk management activities related to technology, cyber and data risk management processes.
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring of risks and make sure internal processes and controls are consistent.
  • Participate in defining performance indicators for the Technology and Cyber Risk Management sector.
  • Act as a trusted specialist for stakeholders in terms of technology, cyber and data risk governance.
  • Help manage relationships with regulators.
  • Anticipate needs and make sure the methods and alignments necessary to achieve our shared objectives are in place.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field and 7 years of relevant experience in technology and/or cybersecurity and/or data risk management.
  • Knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity governance in large-scale organizations.
  • Experience in managing a number of projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • High level of personal integrity and the ability to handle confidential matters in a professional manner while demonstrating an appropriate level of judgement and maturity.
  • Critical thinking and synthesis skills.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity and technology risk management (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISSP).
