About the Role

Alpine Aerotech is seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Kelowna. As a comprehensive, full-service rotorcraft support center, we provide expert maintenance services for rotary wing aircraft and components.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance on rotary wing aircraft and components;
- Carry out scheduled and unscheduled inspections;
- Troubleshoot issues;
- Repair and perform function tests of various systems;
- Use appropriate manuals as required;
- Complete and certify tasks and related documentation;
- Service, tow and operate ground equipment;
- Assist in training Apprentice AME's;
- Fulfill additional duties as required;

Requirements

- Valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 AME License;
- Previous experience working with helicopters;
- Valid driver's license;
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Works and Government Services Enhanced Reliability Clearance;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to generate high quality deliverables;
- Strong time and project management skills and self-motivation;
- Robust interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional maturity with demonstrated ability to effectively interact and build professional relationships;
- Awareness of the sensitivity of information received and appropriate handling;
