Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at EllisDon. As a MEiT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the Mechanical, Electrical and Information Technology scopes of work for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling and budgeting, to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality projects.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Commissioning: Manage the commissioning process for building systems, including coordination, testing, verification, and training.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including project status, budget, and quality metrics.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Certifications: CISD Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
