As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all project efforts, ensuring designs, budgets, and schedules are met, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. You will be the key to the team's success, driving projects forward with your expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project efforts, ensuring projects are built to design, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project performance, addressing cost controls, manpower issues, and ensuring safety and quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Lead client communication, providing regular updates and responses.
  • Review and chase shop drawings and change order pricing.
  • Visit sites to review safety, site conditions, and inspect safety boards.
  • Present regular progress updates to the management team.
  • Diffuse conflicts and propose corrective actions.
  • Lead negotiations with owners and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project closeout, ensuring timely completion and invoicing.
  • Prepare monthly project draws and reconcile project financials.
  • Initiate project close-out and push for deficiency corrections.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid security clearance
  • Valid driver's license for job site travels
  • ASP Certification/Training
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in PC and email software

What We Offer:
