Job Overview

The Mason Group Inc is currently hiring for a Contract Customer Service Representative to work in our Markham Head Office.

This contract role involves working closely with our Supervisor of Collections to identify potential losses and take prompt action to minimize them.

Your responsibilities will include following up on escalated and cancelled insurance accounts, recommending repossession when necessary, and handling disposal when appropriate.

You will also be responsible for preparing and sending all necessary paperwork and legal documentation to customers, responding to their requests with a customer-first approach, and completing other departmental duties as required.

Maintaining accurate customer contact notes in our Host system is essential.
