Job Title: General Manager - Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager - Finance to join our team at MP Accounting and Finance Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our finance team and overseeing all financial aspects of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the finance team to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
