Job Title: Advisory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Advisory Manager to join our team at Diligent Corporation. As a key member of our customer adoption project teams, you will drive the adoption of our GRC solutions and support business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your deep domain knowledge and experience to help them realize their risk and compliance program vision, goals, and objectives.
  • Advise clients on the best approach based on your experience and engage in successful expectations management.
  • Manage projects to ensure project risks are proactively identified, communicated, and mitigated.
  • Mobilize proper team resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully, delays and overruns are minimized, and project efficiencies and budgets are managed and proactively communicated.
  • Provide oversight and monitoring of services during the entire implementation lifecycle with a focus on capturing high-quality business requirements, creating design and walk-through documents, and designing/architecting product implementation.
Requirements:
  • ~7 plus years' experience as a practitioner with domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Audit, Internal and Regulatory Compliance, and/or Risk Management (Enterprise, IT, Regulatory, and/or Third Party).
  • ~2-4 years' experience running Risk or Compliance Programs.
  • ~2-4 years managing implementations of large-scale technology products across industries.
  • ~Experience in client management and business development within those clients.
  • ~Effective skills in persuasion and influence, as well as an ability to enthuse and inspire.
  • ~Drive and determination to succeed in a dynamic company and growing team.
  • ~Track record of successful project delivery management in an enterprise or to enterprise customers with a dynamic and complex technical/regulatory environment.
  • ~Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including great public speaking skills and workshop facilitation.
  • ~Exceptional knowledge of business processes and the ability to solve business problems using a combination of technology and process changes.
