Job Title: Material Handler

FlyingStar Courier Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload products and materials from trucks, trailers, and containers
  • Operate a variety of equipment to move materials and products, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Ship orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Weigh materials and goods to ensure accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Pack and unpack goods, and sort, crate, and stack materials as needed
  • Install, lash, and secure goods for transportation
  • Transport and distribute materials and goods to various locations
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment
  • Stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines to meet
