Gas Station Supervisor

Petro Canada is seeking a Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns, ensuring fair and efficient resolution of issues.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, minimizing downtime and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Sell Merchandise: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth, promoting Petro Canada's products and services to customers.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining customer loyalty.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Effectively manage inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
