Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding customer returns and exchanges, ensuring a fair and customer-centric approach.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal customer service.
- Sell Merchandise: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and building customer loyalty.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Effectively manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail business environment.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
