About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Core Platform team at Secoda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing the onboarding and trial experience through experimentation, improving the UX of our core platform, and debugging customer problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the onboarding and trial experience through experimentation
  • Improve the UX of the Secoda core platform
  • Debug customer problems and build features for them
  • Work on increasing the scalability of Secoda's platform
  • Provide input to the product team to guide the roadmap

What You'll Work With:

  • React (TypeScript), Python (Django), Postgres, and AWS
  • A supportive team that values clear communication
  • A collaborative environment that encourages autonomy and learning

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a software engineer
  • A fundamental understanding of core technologies in our stack
  • Proficiency in communicating complex technical issues

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with data tools such as data warehouses and BI
  • Experience working in early-stage startup environments
