Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage trainers' schedules and vacations to ensure optimal training delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs for trainers, including training schools, development groups, and mentorship initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly Academy KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve global targets and accelerate results.
  • Manage trainers' performance, provide training, set goals, and conduct regular follow-up meetings.
  • Maintain and communicate procedures alignment between Studios, ensuring seamless training delivery.
  • Create, organize, and update training materials, including handbooks and online training portals.
  • Work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition to ensure quality new hires and provide timely feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze newcomers' theoretical test scores prior to graduation.
  • Plan and manage the Academy budget.
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations to implement additional training tables and address Studio growth.
  • Troubleshoot Academy training tables in conjunction with other relevant departments.
  • Monitor Uniform inventory for newcomers.

Requirements

  • A degree in education, business management, or a related field is typically required. A postgraduate degree or professional qualifications in educational leadership can be advantageous.
  • Experience in managing or developing training programs, preferably in an educational or training environment.
  • Leadership experience, with a proven track record of successful project management and resource allocation.
  • Excellent analytical and result-oriented skills, with a strong understanding of game knowledge and Evolution's products.

Additional Information

Salary range: 60k-63k CAD/Year
