About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and engaging Game Host to join our team at Evolution Americas. As a Game Host, you will be responsible for hosting live casino games, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a fun and interactive experience for our players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host live casino games, including Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette
  • Provide exceptional customer service to players, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the games, rules, and procedures to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for players
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless game operations and high-quality player experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new games, procedures, and technologies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and hospitality
  • Professional and service-minded with good communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to obtain a Provincial Gaming License (sponsored by the company)
  • Comfortable wearing theatrical makeup (foundation, blush)
  • Fluent in French, working knowledge of English
