Job Profile: Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel (Customer Service)
Reports to: Kristy Phelan
Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel (UAPP) to provide exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering a great shopping experience and will collaborate with store teams to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all internal and external customers.
- Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and receipt checks as required.
- Assess safety hazards and take proper procedures to ensure customer safety.
- Escalate any crisis or emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
Requirements:
- Experience within a retail environment preferred.
- Ability to foster partnerships with store teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building relationships.
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm in high tension situations.
- Ability to walk or stand in the same position for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- First Aid and CPR certified is an asset.
