Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including roofs, walls, and facades.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, taking into account blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required, but relevant experience is highly valued.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as scaffolding and falsework.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, requiring 35 hours of work per week. You will be working outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, so physical fitness and resilience are essential. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is an asset.
