Truck Dispatcher

Lodex Transport Ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our vehicle operators and crews.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the dispatch of personnel and vehicles according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Monitoring and Tracking: Monitor personnel workloads and locations, and track shipments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication and Coordination: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
- Emergency Response: Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance, and dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, and under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Experience: Willingness to train, with a permanent employment duration.
The primary language of work is English, and the work environment is 30 hours per week.
