As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities. Your duties will include:
• Hiring and training new staff members
• Supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff
• Inspecting sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
• Preparing budgets and cost estimates
• Recommending additional services required, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement
• Assisting cleaning staff with their duties

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
