Job Description:

As a Cleaning Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities. Your duties will include:

• Hiring and training new staff members

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff

• Inspecting sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

• Preparing budgets and cost estimates

• Recommending additional services required, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement

• Assisting cleaning staff with their duties

• Coordinating work activities with other departments

• Establishing work schedules

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma

• 1-2 years of experience in a related field

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor

Work Conditions:

This is an on-the-road job that requires frequent travel. You will be working 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime. You must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
