Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Morning Replenishment Team Member to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is fully stocked and ready for customers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and help customers find what they're looking for
  • Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store recovery standards
  • Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  • Participate in merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return / go back process
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
Requirements
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to move throughout the store
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
Work Environment

Our store is a public retail setting with climate-controlled areas. Some stock rooms may not be climate controlled, and some outdoor work may be required. The Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
