Job Title: Food Safety Inspector

Rah-Firdaus Foods & Fashions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety Inspector to join our team. As a Food Safety Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of our food processing facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate food safety incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with our quality assurance team to develop and implement food safety protocols.
  • Provide training and education to our employees on food safety best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
  • African cuisine knowledge.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel regularly.
