Restaurant Assistant Manager

Pizza 64 Vernon is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key holder, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations and make data-driven decisions
  • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and optimize staffing
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate coverage
  • Supervise staff and maintain a positive work environment
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage events and promotions to increase sales and revenue
