Establish a strong foundation in logistics and customer service by assuming the role of Logistics Specialist at CB Canada. This position offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.



Main Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our target customer segments. You will be responsible for resolving complex problems, addressing customer complaints, and driving efforts for systemic improvements.



  • Act as the main point of contact for the target customer segments.
  • Complex problem resolution, shipment and non-shipment related.
  • Addressing customer complaints and driving efforts for systemic improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in the environment of targeted customers.
  • Be an internal expert on the customer segment, helping to guide colleagues and sales towards better outcomes.
  • Develop a trusting relationship with the target customer segment.
  • Support customers on-site.
  • Accompany and assist BDMs during their meetings with current and prospective clients.
  • Able to provide assistance to the station Operations Manager on complex assignments.
  • Provide leadership support in the absence of the Customer Service/Operations Lead.
  • Ability to be named to a Specialized team.
  • Assisting in the training of new employees.
  • Act as a buddy and a mentor to new and developing colleagues.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong knowledge of geography, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you will need to be a team player, have a sense of urgency, and a positive attitude.
