We seek a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be implementing and participating in the continual improvement of our quality management system in the America region. This role involves implementing, monitoring, and developing processes and systems to ensure that operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance in accordance with our Business Management System (BMS).

The successful candidate will work alongside quality teams and various departments to drive management system implementation and improvements, upholding industry regulations, standards, and client expectations. They will apply subject matter expertise and coordinate quality management activities to deliver successful quality management outcomes on opportunities and projects in line with our BMS.

The ideal candidate will provide timely and accurate advice and hands-on support to in-country operations regarding our quality management system enquiries and tools. They will conduct monitoring, reporting, and other assurance activities to support effective management decisions about quality management and health and safety management reports.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. However, this may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
