Job Title: Associate Director

Memorial University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to oversee and manage all aspects of the Hibernia and Hebron Research & Development initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient and effective administration of the Hibernia and Hebron portfolio of research and training programs.
  • Manage sponsor relationships and grow the portfolio of individual projects.
  • Assist in leveraging funds and overseeing contract responsibilities and objectives.
  • Maintain compliance requirements imposed by funding agencies and companies.
Qualifications:
  • Considerable experience (5-8 years) in a research administration environment.
  • Advanced degree, preferably a PhD, in a related scientific discipline.
  • Proven coaching and mentorship skills, ability to foster partnerships, and exceptional leadership and administrative skills.
