Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to oversee and manage all aspects of the Hibernia and Hebron Research & Development initiative within Research Initiatives and Services (RIS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the efficient and effective administration of the Hibernia and Hebron portfolio of research and training programs.
  • Oversee the start-up of the initiative and assemble the necessary administrative capacity.
  • Grow the initiative of individual projects across multiple academic units and campuses.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements imposed by funding agencies and sponsors.
  • Maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders to implement and oversee the ongoing effectiveness and sustainability of the initiative.
Requirements
  • Considerable experience (5-8 years) in a research administration environment.
  • Advanced degree, preferably a PhD, in a related scientific discipline.
  • Proven coaching and mentorship skills, ability to foster partnerships across a broad stakeholder group.
  • Exceptional leadership, people management, and administrative skills.
