Restaurant Operations Manager

Soul Restaurants Canada Inc is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
