We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at GUARDIUM LOGISTICS LTD. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 5-10 warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory, ensuring that all items are accurately recorded and accounted for.
    • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Coordinate the movement of goods and materials within the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
