As an Airport Manager at Aeromexico, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate flight operations, directing teams above and below wing to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt airport processes to regulatory requirements to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  • Evaluate, provide feedback, and implement corrective measures to improve service delivery processes, including supplier services, airport conditions, programs, service standards, baggage tracking control, and billing services.
  • Represent Aeromexico and participate in local airline committees to monitor operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the official point of contact with authorities, connect with local leaders, and stay informed about local laws, regulations, and amendments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years of related work experience, with a strong understanding of Ground Operations processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English, French, and Spanish.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and lead teams.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
