Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Buon Giorno Italian Bakery. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery and restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects
