What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Client Relationship Team as a Senior Relationship Manager, Commercial Financial Services. This role is ideal for a business development expert who can leverage their expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients, leveraging our bank's products and services to meet their unique needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional client experiences
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and optimize client portfolios
- Identify referral opportunities and make introductions to RBC partners to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of commercial banking experience, with a proven track record of business development and relationship management
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and identify opportunities for growth
- Experience with emerging technologies and digital banking platforms
- University degree in commerce, business administration, or a related field
