Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team at Shared Health Inc. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and maintain certification as a Canadian Registered Generalist Sonographer (CRGS) and registration with the Canadian Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers.
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including echocardiograms, obstetric ultrasounds, and musculoskeletal exams.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in diagnostic medical sonography or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in diagnostic medical sonography, preferably in a hospital or medical facility setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to relocate for this position, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
