At Shared Health Inc, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining medical imaging equipment, including ultrasound machines. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in a related field, such as medical imaging technology or a related discipline. Additionally, you will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of medical imaging principles and practices.

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist at Shared Health Inc, you will work in a fast-paced hospital or medical facility environment, interacting with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members. You will be required to relocate to our facility, with relocation costs covered by the employer.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Operating and maintaining medical imaging equipment, including ultrasound machines
  • Producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Interacting with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
  • Relocating to our facility, with relocation costs covered by the employer

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • CRGS - Canadian Registered Generalist Sonographer
  • Canadian Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers Registration
