Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Chips Family Restaurant Ltd is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of food service staff, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality control.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and maintain work schedules for the kitchen staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, client focus, and team player.
