We are seeking a Sales Territory Manager to join our team at the Brandt Group of Companies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Western Saskatchewan and Southern Alberta territories, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with dealers.

About the Role:

  • You will be the first point of contact for dealers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • You will analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, developing effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, initiatives, and promotions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • You will maintain high standards of ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the agricultural industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the territory.
