  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage the workload of sales associates, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and Train New Staff: Recruit, interview, and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and minimize overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Promote and sell Petro Canada's products and services to customers, ensuring that sales targets are met.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels and that products are rotated regularly.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of sales associates, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review the performance of sales associates, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a fixed schedule. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
