Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Carry and replace linen, ensuring that our dining areas are always well-stocked and tidy.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Load buspans and trays with clean dishes and utensils, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Place dishes in storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring that our guests have everything they need to enjoy their dining experience.

Requirements
