We are seeking a highly skilled Rope Access Supervisor to join our team at Brock Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of rope access projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate rope access activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Manage and maintain rope access equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for rope access operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and guidance to rope access technicians on safety procedures and best practices.
- IRATA Level 3 certification and multiple re-certifications.
- Previous experience in rope access operations, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a strong sense of spatial awareness.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to heights and confined spaces. The successful candidate will be required to work at heights, in extreme temperatures, and in environments with moderate to severe vibrations and noise levels.
