Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
