Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at The Child Club. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and programs for young children, ensuring their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities:
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers with care and attention to their needs.
  • Engage children in activities through storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts that promote their development.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
