We are looking for a highly motivated Purchaser to join our team at Elby Professional Recruitment Inc. in the Grimsby area.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation and development, with experience in sourcing new suppliers and buyers.
- Negotiate and develop contracts with suppliers to meet business requirements.
- Source new suppliers and buyers to optimize procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction and improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
