Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Allied Universal. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol the interior and exterior of the facility to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Respond to emergency situations and incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Monitor and control access to the facility, including visitors and employees.
  • Conduct regular checks of the facility's security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum G2 License required, G License an asset.
  • Clean Driver's Abstract required.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
  • Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License and a First Aid/CPR certification (or CAMI equivalent).
  • Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.
  • Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
