Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Settlement Support Specialist to join our team at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. The successful candidate will provide support to newcomers in settling into their new community, including education, employment, and health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with education and employment goals, including resume building and job search strategies
  • Provide information and referrals to community resources, including education and health services
  • Conduct screening questions to assess client needs and eligibility for services
  • Work with clients to develop personalized plans to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Fluency in English
