About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at RONA Inc. As a key member of our Demand and Replenishment team, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring performance indicators, collaborating with internal partners to develop strategies, and ensuring excellent collaboration with business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and monitor performance indicators, including inventory levels, sales forecasts, and product status.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies and improve processes.
  • Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for marketing, store operations, and affiliates.
  • Question existing processes and propose new solutions.
  • Support users in deploying new processes and adapting best practices.
  • Represent the Demand and Replenishment function for improvement and transformation projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the supply chain sector.
  • Analytical skills to formulate recommendations.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and database.
  • Good knowledge of JDA (an asset).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Organizational skills, thoroughness, self-direction, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed business acumen and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
