About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at RONA Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and monitor performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies for inventory management and supply chain optimization
  • Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for marketing, store operations, and affiliates
  • Question existing processes and propose new solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Support users in deploying new processes and adapting best practices
  • Represent the Demand and Replenishment function for improvement and transformation projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the supply chain sector
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate recommendations
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and database
  • Good knowledge of JDA (an asset)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
