Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Aide/Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, clinics, and public areas.
  • Remove and handle waste, recyclables, and hazardous materials in accordance with procedures and regulations.
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment and perform floor care tasks as required.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols to prevent injury and illness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Housekeeping function.

Requirements

  • Completion of high school or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 kg.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
