We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Use Supervisor to provide supervision during community use and school-sponsored extra-curricular activities in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure facilities are prepared and open in accordance with rental agreements
- Direct the public to assigned areas for community use activities
- Monitor participants to ensure they remain safely within approved authorized areas of use
- Perform light caretaking and cleaning duties within assigned areas
- Report any groups not following approved Conditions for Use
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset
- Previous cleaning experience is considered an asset
- Previous experience within a school division is considered an asset
