  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and lead sales efforts to drive business growth.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and instruct individuals, address customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
