Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve guests who are seated at the bar or in designated areas, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Create and pour our signature cocktails, specialty drinks, and wine and beer selections, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare and maintain the bar area, including pre-shift preparations, cleaning, and restocking of supplies and ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of drinks to guests in the dining area.
  • Assist with the management of audio-visual elements, including music, lighting, and TV programming, to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Smart Serve certification is required.
  • Ability to remain physically active and engaged throughout shifts, with the capacity to lift items up to 30lbs.
  • Previous bartending experience is an asset, but not necessary.
