Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve guests who are seated at the bar or in designated areas, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Create and pour our signature cocktails, specialty drinks, and wine and beer selections, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare and maintain the bar area, including the preparation of garnishes, mixers, and other essentials, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the bar and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of drinks to guests in the dining area.
- Assist with the management of audio-visual equipment, including music, lighting, and TV programming, to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
Requirements
- Smart Serve certification is required.
- Ability to remain physically active and engaged throughout shifts, with the capacity to lift items up to 30lbs.
- Previous bartending experience is an asset, but not necessarily required.
