GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing needs, prepare and post job notices, and collect and screen applicants.
- Candidate Evaluation: Participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results, and prepare job offers.
- HR Support: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements.
- Training and Development: Arrange staff training and supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
