About the Role:

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and disinfect floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture
  • Empty trash and recyclables
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or facilities maintenance an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
